The temperature had been reading minus 3 in the Carburton valley all day so it was one of those ‘shall I wear three layers or four’ nights.
I even brought gloves just in case!
To the sound of Teat owls echoing in the woods Steve, Scott, Jon, new members Ty and Mark and I set off on to the frozen hard Clumber trails. We all seemed to get a buzz from the twists and turns of the trail, even Clumber security came and said hello!
Mud on my front mech had frozen solid leaving me on the granny ring all evening so I hope I didn’t hold anyone up too much?
The pub conversation twisted about as much as the ride ranging from stressed sleep patterns to Ty’s extraordinary bike know-how so all in all another fine B&DCC evening methinks.
Thanks all.
