I wanted to join the club with my children and took membership forms and a cheque to the address of the membership secretary some time ago now. I have heard nothing in reply. I have sent several emails through the website and have emailed Steve Crapper direct following his contact to confirm that I had access to the member content of the website. Can someone please get in touch with me about joining the club - it is most frustrating that I am unable to contact anyone using the methods you advise on your website. Great website - rubbish communication.

Barry Im a bit confused here, because after checking back i did respond at length to one of the e-mails you refer to giving some detailed information about the rides that we offer...did you not get this email? there is a very sensible reason that we dont publish phone numbers on the public section of the website, however we do invite members of the site to place their contact details on their profile pages as these require a login to view. Any of our contact details can be found there. Ive emailed you personally to discuss this further, im sure Club Secretary Matt will do the same Steve

Hi Barry,
I did receive your forms and cheque some time ago (thank you) and apologise for not replying by post. I will send you the current rides lists for info. this week, but please keep checking the website as this is where the up to date rides / events / meetings information is.
We will be sorting membership cards for all members very soon and there will be club kit available in adult and childrens sizes in early June.
I will be standing down as Membership Secretary very soon due to other commitments, so hopefully the new MS will be able to provide a better service.
