Hi have just entered the 'Evil Sheriff' off road Duathlon on 6h Nov at Sherwood Pines - organised by One Step Beyond Promotions. 5k run- 16k bike - 3k run. Bike leg described as having technical uphill and downhill sections eeeeeeeeeeeeeek!! Anyone else up for it? J | |

Really? thats gud then, i'd like to be on my bike for at least some of the bike leg and not having to run the whole event!! Am not used to forest trails, its all mud, cow s**t, rocks and more mud where I normally ride | |
