Bolsover & District Cycling Club

Finally, we have found a reasonably priced location for our indoor sessions...I tried really hard to find something suitable in Bolsover, but to no avail..

Starting on the 22nd December the Thursday night spiralling will be replaced by an indoor session at Clowne Cricket Club , High Leys Road Clowne...

Sessions will normally start with the room opened at 6:45 for a 7pm start for the DVD , a one hour session , out by 8:15..

The first session on the 22nd of December will probably start a bit earlier to allow for the SPOTY awards..ill make sure everyone knows

Room hire will be £15 , and costs will be split across the riders attending, hopefully just a couple of quid each.

We will certainly run the sessions to mid February , but will review after that by the weather conditions

Hopefully getting a turbo tomorrow,  the one I could borrow was far too complex!  Will get along to see how it's done

I'll be there Steve - really enjoying the turbo sessions at home at the moment so it will be good to participate in a group and learn new training techniques,  in order to keep Tuesdays on the go when ever the weather isn't suitable, Tuesday riders are welcome to train through out the winter at mine. I have room for 6 at max and work out to music. I have to give preference to the Usual group but anyone can feel free to call me for any places that may be available.

If demand is there Mark and the tuesday session outgrows your barn, we may be able to run the indoor session at Clowne Cricket Club on Tuesdays too...the room is costing us £15 for the 90 minutes , so if half a dozen turn up its just over a couple of quid each !!

Its set in stone, but for the first week only it will start at 6:15pm, allowing you just enough time to get a 1hr session in and then get to the Blue Bell in time for the Sports Personality of the Year Awards
