As the weather is decent&mild a few of us (me,Simon,Paul,Ian etc) are still going to Spiral tonight at 6pm!! We will do a lap at 6pm and then pass the start again around 6:30-6:35 so if anyone wants to tag along then pick your times guys. | |

On your way through Clowne , dont forget to call in at the Cricket Club in Clowne and say hello to those doing the turbo session.. Good chance for you to meet one of the club coaches for next year , Paul Jezweski and talk about coaching | |

Was a really good session. I'm a bit of a newbie to turbos but know about it today. I think i was lucky that my RH shifter isnt working properly so i had an excuse not to get down to teh small cog every time. Paul's session was fantastic - certainly made everyone push harder. Wil lcertainly be back in the new year. Cheers to Steve for sorting and Paul for coming along | |
