I'd just like to wish everyone in the B&DCC a very happy Christmas.:D

It's a total pleasure to be in such a friendly motivated club and ride with a great bunch of guys.

 A BIG thanks to Steve,Matt&Simon(for sorting out the Endura club kit) for organising the majority of the events throughout the year.

2011 has been a great year and i'm sure 2012 will be even better.

Merry xmas everyone. Hope u all got some nice surpises in ur stockings! Santa brought me a turbo trainer!! Yay!! Just need to work out how to install the wine glass holder on handlebars of bike and am sorted!  Although I'm working all over the holiday period, i've been lucky enough to get out on the bike regularly. Had a lovely ride in the sunshine today to calver via froggatt and great to see so many cyclists out - am sure i spotted someone else in BDCC colours coming the other way on the Froggatt-Owler Bar road?? Sorry, didn't recognise who it was, my cheap decathlon sunnies keep steaming up!!  And I have crap eyesight anyway!

Jules,  twas me you spotted,  I had just come up Froggat after Cromford and Chatsworth,  nice 50 miler.  My Decathlon sunnies also useless.  Think I saw a flash of BDCC colours at Calver x roads while I was in cafe as well.  

Hi Bill!! I usually do that ride the opposite direction but decided to have a blast down froggatt today for a change, otherwise could have ridden up with u, mind u I woz on my rigid mtb so would have struggled to keep up with u on ur roadster! nice to see BDCC colours out in my neck of the woods tho!
